Faithful intercessor of all who invoke you, special patron in times of need, to you I have recourse humble beg you to whom God has given such great power to come to my assistance. Help me now in my present and urgent need and grant my earnest petition (state petition). In return I promise to make your name known and cause you to be invoked. St. Jude pray for us and all that invoke you. Amen. State three Our Father’s, three Hail Mary’s and three Gloria’s. This Novena must be said for nine consecutive days and publication must be promised.
